Terms & Conditions
Booking
For all portrait sessions; a non-refundable $100 session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.
For event packages; a 50% non-refundable retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% balance is due 72 - 48 hours before the date of the event. You can break this up into multiple payments if needed.
Payment
All sessions and packages can be paid using cash (when applicable), Apple Pay, an online invoice with Visa or MasterCard, or Cash App.
Please note: Payments made via online invoice, Apple Pay, or Cash App will include a 5% processing fee added to the remaining balance.
Turnaround Time
Quality takes time, and your moments deserve the best. Final edited photos are delivered within 5-7 business days. Need them earlier for a special occasion? Just let us know—rush processing is available.
Cancellation| Rescheduling | Late fees
For Studio Sessions:
If the client for any reason needs to cancel their booked session, a 48-hour notice is required. You are allowed to reschedule another session at an agreeable date and time within the next 48 hours after cancellation. (2 day grace period) If the client fails to book a new session all fees are forfeited.
A 10-minute grace period will be granted for all sessions. After 10 minutes the client will be subjected to a late fee of $25.
If 30 minutes late your session will be automatically cancelled and your retainer will be forfeited.
For Event Sessions:
If the client for any reason needs to cancel their booked event, a 48-hour notice is required. You are allowed to reschedule another session at an agreeable date and time within the next 4 days after cancellation. If the client fails to book a new session all fees are forfeited.
Inclement Weather:
If there should be any inclement weather/disaster the client would be eligible to rebook at an agreeable date and time within 4 days after the date of the initial session. If the client fails to book a new session all fees are forfeited.
If any cancellation is made due to the RAREvision Photography, All clients will receive a full refund
